Supporting local is a value of mine, I believe that taking care of those in your community only benefits the greater good. I also wanted to provide a space to highlight my favourite artisans who are providing quality products and services. 1. Why did you start your business?
I started shortly after completing school. I always knew that I wanted to work for myself, even though there would be lots of struggles and sacrifices. I started doing mostly production but slowly drifted into custom work. The leap happened after having my child. The custom work allowed me more freedom to be a mom and a business owner.
2. Why choose your product over others?
More and more people are turning to independent jewellers for custom engagement rings. I feel it’s because of the one of a kind aspect along with responsible and ethic sourcing of diamonds and gemstones. It also alloys them to recycle family gold and make it into a very personal and cherished piece. These are heirloom pieces they can pass on. Which makes my job even more rewarding
3. Name 1 cause or passion that is close to your heart.
Well anyone that knows me. Would say, dogs!
I love what I do in the jewellery Industry. But I also have a strong passion for dogs and rescue. We have fostered countless dogs. Along with adopting many. And will continue to do so. Helping dogs with the transition to foster to a permanent home is so rewarding.
