Today’s girls need more confidence.
In my coaching sessions I ask them "what are you proud of yourself for?"
Enter awkward, long, silent 20 seconds. Crickets. They are all stuck.
The fact that they just hit a new PR tonight?
What about finally mastering their swing mechanics?
And how about that faster runtime from home to first?
They can’t see it. Their confidence suffers because they don’t realize how far they’ve come in their process.
Imagine if your daughter viewed herself as successful because she learned to focus on progress over perfection.
Imagine if she knew how to break a goal down into steps instead of getting overwhelmed and never starting.
(Heck, many of us probably wish we were taught these skills as teens).
My training workbook was designed to create just that. To help her know what she can be proud of, and to develop life-skills such as accountability, organization, and the ability to celebrate her achievements.
Your daughter can become the athlete and young woman she was meant to be when she tracks her progress and celebrates her wins.
I’ve spent 2 years researching what actually moves the needle when it comes to tracking progress.
Through repeated testing with multiple competitive travel teams, this workbook lays out the exact tracking process that reliably refines an athlete's mindset, skills, and training strategy.

Teaching girls to embrace “progress over perfection” is one of the best ways to boost their confidence and motivation.
Girls who use the training journal:
DEVELOP A MEANINGFUL PASSION AND ENJOYMENT OF THEIR SPORT.
ARE MOTIVATED TO KEEP MOVING FORWARD AND INSPIRED BY WHAT THEY’VE ALREADY ACHIEVED.
DON’T BALK AT CHALLENGES. INSTEAD, THEY KNOW HOW TO BREAK THINGS DOWN AND GET AFTER IT.
LEARN THE PROCESS OF TRACKING - BY BOTH LOOKING AHEAD AND REFLECTING BACK.
BUILD THE HABIT OF SEEING THE BIG PICTURE OF WHERE THEY ARE AND WHERE THEY ARE GOING.
SWITCH THEIR MINDSET FROM OUTCOME FOCUSED TO PROGRESS FOCUSED, ALLOWING THEM TO BALANCE GRIT WITH GRACE.
STAND TALLER - EVERYONE KNOWS YOU HOLD YOURSELF DIFFERENTLY WHEN YOU’RE HITTING YOUR GOALS AND GROWING YOURSEL

I believe your daughter can progress 5X faster with the power of tracking.
This is for you if…
YOU WANT YOUR DAUGHTER TO STAND OUT AS AN ATHLETE.
YOU WANT HER TO TAKE OWNERSHIP OF HER MILESTONES AND HAVE A WAY TO HIT THEM RELIABLY.
YOUR DAUGHTER IS OFTEN STUMPED ABOUT WHAT SHE’S PROUD OF.
SHE’S EXPRESSED INTEREST IN COLLEGE SPORTS AND NEEDS TO START BUILDING A PLAYER PROFILE.
YOU SEE HER LOVE OF SPORT WANING AND YOU WANT TO HELP HER RE-IGNITE IT.
But isn’t this just another journal that is going to end up in a pile on her desk?
I hear you. Most journals are destined to disappear under a stack of school books. Not this one.
Here’s why. Most journals come blank. No guidance, no plan. Just empty space that gets overwhelming fast. That’s where these journals fail. They don’t inspire or help chart a clear path forward for young athletes. And they definitely don’t cater to the specific needs of young female athletes looking to crush it in their sport.
Imagine this. Your daughter hits a new personal record. Instead of forgetting it in a week, she logs it, sees her progress visually, and sets her next goal with excitement. No confusion about what to do next or how far she's come. Just clear, joyful confidence moving forward.
Bonus tip: Set a reminder on your phone to see where her journal is. If you notice that it’s gotten buried, pull it up to the top. Take her out for her favorite drink and do an entry together. The little things you do to encourage her to keep using it will go a long way in helping her hit her goals and love her sport.
Won’t my daughter grow enough from participating in your other programs?
Your daughter will grow from all involvement with sport. But growth isn't just about more practices or games. It’s about smarter, focused training.
Here’s where the LOVE HER SPORT workbook shines. Beyond regular coaching, the workbook is a tool that dives deeper.
Using the training workbook maximizes her ability to remember what she’s learned. It takes the teachings from something she hears once a week, to something that is in front of her every few days. The great attitudes and habits become deeply rooted in her, forming a mindset that she’ll carry with her into adulthood.
You want the best for her, so don’t just enroll her in sports one more year. Give your daughter the gift of experiencing growth that is meaningful to HER and shows her what she’s capable of by incorporating tracking.
Hear What They Say

Tracking progress increases confidence, because seeing is believing.
What happens when we don’t track?
UNDERCONFIDENCE
When girls don’t set realistic expectations based on their current progress, they often end up assuming they are falling short. But in reality, they just don’t know where they’re at.
TUNNEL VSION
Girls can be so focused on results that they don’t see how far they’ve come.
LACK OF WORK HABIT
Your daughter isn’t lazy. But if she doesn’t know where she’s at and where she’s going, it can look like a lack of motivation.
LACK OF SKILLS
Your daughter doesn’t develop accountability, organization and the ability to celebrate achievements.
COMING SHORT OF HER POTENTIAL
When she can’t map out where she is and where she’s going, she can’t get the most out of herself.

Most journals do disappear under a stack of school books, because they don’t inspire or help chart a clear path forward for young athletes. And they don’t cater to the specific needs of young female athletes.
Charting victories and goals that matter to her is different. When she hits a new personal record, instead of forgetting it, she’ll write it down, set another goal and continue to move forward with confidence.
As a parent, you’ll also play a role in helping her stay accountable to this habit. Whether that’s grabbing a fun drink together at a coffee shop to work on it, having her do it before dinner, or making sure it’s easy for her to find - the little things you do to encourage her to keep using it will go a long way in helping her hit her goals and love her sport.
Mental prep is 90% of her performance.
Don’t skip it.
