Recognizing this when creating my programs, each exercise is designed with your uniqueness in mind. This means that what I do for myself may not match what you do. Programs are tailored to meet your specific needs once we are able to connect and I get to know more about you; whether it be increasing your upper body strength to hit the ball further, or raising your heart rate enough to release endorphins and clear your head after a demanding day. When you train for function, it translates to an activity beyond your workout and helps you meet the demands of your activities. Don’t worry if you don’t know where to start!
